Print Release & Print Pulling:

* Our managed print solution offers secure print release and pull printing capabilities with any network printing device.
* Print jobs can be paused and held on the network print queue, providing you with the flexibility to access their print job from any location around your building , even other buildings. The document can then be released for print or discarded if no longer needed, reducing potential waste and impact on the environment.
* Authentication is required torelease or discard the print job, providing greater security and confidentiality.)

Mobile Printing:

* Mobile, cloud printing provides staff and guests with the ability to connect and use printing services from their own laptops, PCs or mobiles from any location without the need for print drivers or software to be installed. Documents can be either uploaded from anywhere with an internet connection or sent via email.
* This removes the costs, security and support overheads associated with configuration of personal devices and providing easy access to printers particularly for guests.
* It also provides staff with the flexibility to send documents to print from home without connecting to the network. Print jobs can then be securely held until released at any printer within the office.

Authentication:

* For secure print release and pull printing, users are required to authenticate themselves in order to release or discard their queued print jobs.

Usage, Cost Monitoring & Reporting:

* All staff print activity is recorded, including the user name, date, time, document, work station, printer and cost of the job.
* Transactions are logged centrally and reports produced to provide analysis of, for example, user activity and potential misuse, device under/over utilisation and department or location grouping.
* Costs can be set per device, paper size, duplex and colour.

Quota Management & Policy Enforcement:

* Rules can be set to restrict what can be printed and print ‘credits’ can be assigned using quotas and limits based on value.
* Balance checking allows users to check their own account balances, raising the awareness of print costs and providing you with greater control over print costs and wastage.

THE ROLE:

We are recruiting dynamic and ambitious experienced telesales to sell full Managed Print Services (MPS) throughout London and South East . This new-business focused position will require the successful candidate to sell to companies ranging in size upwards from 50 employees across all Commercial market sectors, including into Education and the Public Sector. Reporting to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will be required to negotiate at a senior level, typically with IT Managers / IT Directors up to FD/MD level, adopting a highly solution led approach with the aim being to partner businesses to drive efficiency, cementing long-term relationships.

The successful candidate must be a solution led salesperson, comfortable dealing at a high level. A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets is required, as is an articulate and tenacious approach. Experience selling an IT based solution via a lease will be of advantage, although most important is an unwavering focus on smashing sales targets through a pro-active approach to business development. The ideal candidate will offer proven MPS experience, or alternatively could possibly come from an IT software sales background, with existing contacts in the market to allow them to hit the ground running.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Based in London or South East .
• Must offer previous MPS experience, or be a solution led MFD salesperson.
• Superb new business skills with the tenacity to spot and close an opportunity.

• Proven experience in hitting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent rapport building skills.
• Stable career history, with documented reasons for leaving positions.

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary: £20,000-£30,000 basic (dependent upon experience and monthly target)
